Privacy Policy
While this website is intended primarily for those who are interested in learning more about St. Nicholas Church and those who are already a part of the St. Nicholas church family, the nature of a website is such that anyone with a computer and Internet access can view it.
We believe in the inherent good will of humanity, yet we know it is wise to protect the privacy rights of individuals. We therefore resolve to implement the following policies in order to ensure the privacy of our members and guests.
On non-secured pages of this website:
- We will not list private addresses or phone numbers, unless expressly requested to do so by the individual(s) in question.
- We will not list private e-mail addresses, unless requested to do so by the individual(s) in question. The single exception to this is for St. Nicholas staff members and other volunteers, as appropriate and necessary for the conducting of church business.
- Should legal minors appear in any pictures, graphics, or other images on this website, they will be identified, if at all, only by first name and last initial. The minor(s) and their parents or legal guardians may request that the images be removed from the website at any time, and we will comply with that request at our earliest convenience.
- Persons of legal majority age who appear in images on this website may be identified by full name. If they choose to have their image removed from the website, this can be accomplished by making such a request to the Webmaster at the address below, or one of the Church Wardens.
